that trailer... WOW!
I absolutely love this game!
or genuine gamers want to see our industry respected. We want to see creativity, and innovation EXPANDED upon.
Seeing as Activison clearly puts in their minimum effort (while leading the industry) does us no good.
And having them succeed while doing so is even worse.
To elaborate on 'minimum effort'; people say MW3 doesn't have a new engine, because this one is extremely polished, and it's hard to make new everything, and have it...
What I find curious is, not the overly negative user-review that appear to be merely bashing COD,
but the opposing 10/10 user-review that accuse anyone who doesn't like COD to be a troll,BF3-fanboy, or EA employee.
Perhaps people are genuinely disappointed.
(just as I completely accept there ARE people who genuinely love COD for what it is)
Ffiinnaallyy!!
My game's save has been broken since end of Sept. (freezes upon loading; X360)
But I still love the game, I had to be patient in order to not spoil my enjoyment after the game-breaking bug.
I think I've made it to the other side, back to enjoying bashing zombies!
Well consider MW3 was always destined to out sell BF3 2/1; You'd think COD could be better.
Plus I prefer how BF3 plays.
How can such a lack in graphical improvement account for .2/100?
Surely, once a COD is release with a new engine it will score 120/100
the entire industry has been fooled, at least three times.
It's already been nominated for GOTY by the VGAs.
Anyone else can give it whatever number they wish, I won't care.
well the LOT poll disagrees with you.
haha, holy jaggies batman! Did you see those power lines on the PS3 pic...
both versons look like crap.
Well since I've double posted my first comment (see above) I might as well edit this one into a response to Darkrider66.
What the review are rightfully harsh, but it's still a great game, and tons to love about it. (im not really into LOTR cannon either, but I enjoyed being reminded about critical movie parts)
I think it's much like Dead Island (not gameplay, but reception) Some will hate it for the seemingly fundemental developement flaws, and some ...
a little rash.
I do agree with how repetitive it gets, and it seems as though they were aware of this. Correct.
The game put a hefty reliance on re-play value. Also because it's extremely short, so the developers almost seems like the expect everyone to have to play the game 2-3times (the difficult can only increase upon completely the game consectutive playthroughs)
But if you like the game, repetitive gameplay is not a problem, but a gift.
I absolutely love Alan Wake. It's a great exclusive IP.
It's by no means a killer IP, but it's kinda like Heavy Rain.
Not the be-all-and-end-all of gaming, but none-the-less a must play experience

Good on Bioware and EA. And yeah the sites who are hosting the leaked info are responsible for co-operating with the copy-right holders.
Sure they could go after the actually source of the video, or info. But they are completely within their rights to ask the source hosting it to remove it.
Complaining about being asked to take down leaked info, is similarly like complaining that you didn't pirate the game, but only downloaded and played it.
I agree with this article.
Not that there is much wrong with UC3, if anything at all.
But you do get the sense of "stay the course" with how they stuck with the successful UC2 formula.
And saying this shouldn't warrant any angry responses because UC2 was simply amazing (GOTY).
I think people are mentioning this just because of the ever-controversial idea of a game getting a perfect score.
Do you know how hard it is to get a kill with mortar?
I've true countless times with no success. Even when I spot a sniper/mortar that isn't even moving, I can't get a hit.
Only thing ive ever hit was a tank.
I don't get how you can't hit a red enemy marked that's not moving.
comment on the source says the issue persist in leaked copy, and retail(with day1-patch) shouldn't have any issues.
...ooh they'd probably love the fact you can play as a 'cat' race.
I know! It's as if he's never played anything else, or only plays COD once (to review) every November.
I'd argue Homefront had better visuals/sound that the COD titles I've played to date. (that's meant to exagerate, considering HF wasn't well received)
Did he have anything relatively negative to say? (to put the 100/100 perfection in perspective)
I don't know how all these review rave over MW3 being, yet aga...
