Anyone seen any pre-release PS3 vs 360 comparisons, if there is such a thing? I have a feeling there will be little or no difference just like GTA4, but Ive been waiting for this game a long time, I just want to make sure its as perfect as possible!

I think the comparisons all started when the first trailer for Reach came out. Everyone was freaking out about about the graphical leap, the new graphics engine or whatnot.
I was confused. They looked the same to me, apart from maybe better facial animations.
Im not trolling here, I think Halo 3 looks quite good in its own right, but Reach aint a big improvement.
Dont get me wrong, I am a huge Halo fan. I even bought ODST, or as I call it POS.
However, I really dont see any significant graphical leap in terms of when the game is actually running from Halo 3. Yes the screenshots look fantastic. But when the game is running, I simply cant tell the difference. And just to be sure I played Halo 3 online and Reach together in the same day.
The only difference is that Reach spartans magically apparently have twice the armo...

Every game starts out with a tutorial and shows you the controls in the start menu. What kind of idiot needs more?
When the consoles have different hardware....when they are made to look identical, isnt one version being more than likely being dumbed down to match the other?
Wouldnt it be better to get the most out of either console and risk one version surpassing the other?
I actually like being able to do things like jump, use crazy weapons and ride vehicles rather than just surprise people around corners and camp. :)
I like the competition between studios. It only makes for better games when theyre trying to one-up each other.
Crytek has mentioned killzone 2 and halo, two games that I LOVE, implying that they'll put them to shame. I hope theyre right, because itll be an awesome game indeed.
Oh, and if Crysis 2 sucks, then they'll just look like arses in the end. So they'd get whats coming to them. People will remember this talk and use it against them if they end up deserving it....

Gears is a great game, but I'm just fine with keeping it on my 360. Just like I have no desire to play God of War 3 on my 360, as I have a PS3.
