I rarely pre-order new hardware of any kind for this very reason.

Given that places like BestBuy scammed us all on their so-called product replacement plans, we would all be forced to send them away for a new refurbished one.

It first came out 5 years ago. You mean to tell me that someone who has ever wanted to play Halo or Gears of War has waited 5 years and still not picked one up. And what would change their mind? Yes, if your system dies and you need a new one, this will be nice to pick up. But why the excitement for something that just looks different? Are people really dumb enough to get yet another new SKU just because it looks prettier?

The 360 version is much crisper and clearer. But the weird thing is that I think the PS3 version looks better BECAUSE its blurrier. Looks less jaggy in those shots.
I'm still waiting on my 360 version to get shipped, so I have yet to see either version in person.
The author hasnt noticed that just about all game trailers shown on tv are followed with an xbox 360 logo nowadays??

I agree, dont fix what isnt broken. But personally I'd like 2 changes:
1. Add a little weight and make it feel a little more solid and
2. Please invert those triggers!
Well just from watching the video, I guess one difference would be Avatar Awards if you like that type of thing, (unlikely) But I guess that could be countered with Home items if youre into that type of thing (even less likely)
I'm still on the fence of which version to get. I want to see some pS3 footage too. I hate fanboy catfighting as much as the next guy but I honestly just want to know if one version has any type of advantage over the other (other than trivial DLC items)
