You know you can say that about almost any game right? Go look at the metacritic page for Forza Horizon 3. A lot of the sites that gave it a score higher than the average have a name related to either Xbox or Windows. Funny how that works ;)
I played Driveclub VR myself and an 8/10 is exactly what I would give it. I didn't get the motion sickness but my nephew did. So I get why Meta has it at 65 because of mixed reviews by reviewers that got motion sickness and gave it ...
100ft robot golf doesn't require PSVR if I'm not mistaken. RIGS does, so you'll have to wait to play that one.
Can I ask you if you played it yourself? Because I did, and it didn't look like ass (as you put it yourself). I also rather enjoyed the game and it's one of the games I will play a lot when I pick up my PSVR (I won't buy it at launch as €400 is a lot of money to me, I will wait until I have some more money to spend on games.)
3.2 GB (for the Japanese version)
I guess(/hope) we'll see it in action at Paris Games Week. I'm so excited, I can't wait! Just little over 2 weeks
You do know that if Phil was the main guy years ago it would've been him that got sacked for the Xbox One's original concept right? You really think the idea for the Xbox One was made by 1 man? Phil is just the face, and a much better one than the the one before him. But in the end, he's still just the guy we link with Xbox. He has an impact on the xbox team, but he does't make decisions on his own.. is it really that hard for people to figure out how these big companies funct...
@Kribwalker,
Xbox may have never been this low, but the value you got was much higher. Remember the proce drop and 5 games deal? 5 games.. so please, go ahead and bookmark this article.
I see where this is coming from, both camps call each other out for the stock riddance. This can only stop when one is more mature about it and doesn't bring shit like this up every time he gets the chance.
Yup, let's be glad you canceled a game based on 1 review. Maybe you like the game more than this moron that reviewed this? Maybe the game is better than he thinks it is?
On a sidenote, £129.99 is a lot of money for a game, you have to be a real fan of the series to buy that. So why cancel? Don't you have some faith in the series?
Edit: have you actually read the review btw? Or did you just look at the score?
Gaming is only one of the applications VR can be used for. It'll be big for watching live concerts and events. It's not rushed, years and years of r&d went into this, and it'll only get better when the next gen of VR headsets will release.
I agree some genres will be better suited for VR than others. But I think it depends on the devs how they will integratie VR support. It's an entire new way of experiencing games.
Have you tried it...
Gg DJunstibUNCHAIND, let's react to the fanboy with an even bigger fanboy reply. Smh, just shut up if you don't have anything useful to say.
He says it doesn't look like a AAA game, and I see where he's coming from. Its art style and it being a creative game makes it look like an indy game. Because those trend to look super creative, is that a bad thing now?
Notice how I said I understood his point of view, doesn't mean I agree with ...
I'm not that interested in Batman VR myself, so that's one of the few titles I haven't tested yet. I tried Driveclub and that just blew my mind, I remember vividly taking a turn and being blinded by the sun. The immersion is unbelievable. I also tried and enjoyed Battlezone a lot. EVE blew my mind (tried it on Oculus), I actually thought I was in space when I was playing that game. I
think VR will shine the most in racing/flying games (looking forward to Ace Combat)...
You have RIGS, which is a multiplayer game that'll get you way more than 10 hours. EVE and driveclub will have more than 10 hours too, and DC is only $20 if you have the season pass. Please don't state false information as facts.
VR on a game with a world as vast and living as a GTA game? Yeah right, good luck getting that to native 4K too btw
The comment section on this article is probably the worst thing I've ever seen on this site. And that says a lot.
Ffs, what happened to people enjoying games. Yeah, the jabs from Microsoft camp to Sony camp or the other way around are fun sometimes, but this comment section is beyond that point.
Rookie should never be allowed to comment again, others should feel consequences too, from both camps. Get n4g to focus on the positive criticism again, not...
I think he wants to wait for Scorpio before buying an Xbox. If you have a decent pc, buy it digitally and play it as a part of play anywhere!
Then when you get the Scorpio install it. Doesn't matter it's digital because Gears 4 will be a game that'll stay on your HDD for a very long time.
I thought they said season pass owners would get a discount?
You didn't get downvoted because it was slightly positive towards Xbox Scorpio. You got downvoted because your comment was just wrong on so many things.
1. Xbox One didn't get shit on for just being weaker. It got shit on for being weaker and being sold at an higher price. For investing all those millions in Kinect instead of a machine built for gaming. For all the 180's they did, and all the PR contradictions.
2. $499.99 doesn't guarantee a victory...
"The PS4 Pro reveal is generally considered to have not gone down well, with the console's disappointing specs and functionality, and with its poor on stage demonstration, having been considered to be a bit of a letdown by most fans."
That description is Gamingbolt at it's finest!
Dear Gamingbolt,
Please tell me who decides if the specs of a console are disappointing? Oh, you're comparing it with a console with a ...
@Kingthrash360
There's only so much even Naughty Dog can do with fixed hardware. 4k30fps isn't gonna happen on Uncharted, so don't even think about 4k60fps. But I believe Uncharted 4 with the PS4 Pro enhancements will be the best looking game out there, even better than Crysis.
It means 1800p upscaled to 2160p (4K)
