Says the sad little troll with 1 bubble..
Thing is, in regard to the LEGO games - the PSP suffered the same fate as the Vita did Batman 2 and LotR.. terrible terrible ports with no regard to the specs of the machine.
LEGO Star Wars II, Indiana Jones 1 and Batman 1 on the PSP were exactly the same as they were on 360/PS3. Then TT Games handed over the handheld duties to TT Fusion (who primary work on the DS) Every LEGO game that followed, Indy 2, Harry Potter, Star Wars III, PotC - were just god awful ports of the DS ...
So, it's.. Brink 2 (but since Bethesda owns that IP, it's called 'Dirty Bomb' awful name) then. Sure, looked like it watching that underwhelming teaser trailer.
Even though I still have the originals on CD and re-bought them both again on COG.. I'm still gonna buy this.
There should be a LEGO James Bond game - 24 movies to pull scenes from.. could be awesome!
2013 for sure before PS3 users see any DLC.. and by that time, who's gonna bother with it?
Another one? Didn't we get one back in October was it?
Based on that headline then, no backwards compatibility in the 720. Also, how would Insomniac know?
I'd have to agree with you, it's a solid 8 in my eyes. Story mode is long but not too long - still not sure on actual voices though, I prefer the old LEGO's simple grunts/groans.
Having said that though, it's time for a upgrade on the LEGO games.. something as simple as, say 50 Red Bricks to find in the game as opposed to 20 (it's been 20 since LEGO Star Wars) The camera still needs some work. Also, would be nice to actually spend those godly amounts of LE...
Maybe they should have fixed it before releasing it. Amazed no one in QA caught that one.
A new 'Duke Nukem' game?
Well, if you're talking Black Friday deals OfficeMax has a 2TB ext HDD for $65 - that's bargain right there
XP bad? what the hell are you smoking, XP was good, very very good once the service packs ironed out it's initial bugs.
If my PC hadn't died 2yrs, I'd still be on XP. Win 7 is good also, took me some time to get used to it but IMO it's almost as good as XP.
Well, a member over on Cheap Ass Gamer has stated when he bought the 360 version it had the demo sticker on it.. but he claims it's the full game as he's already gone through several levels with his son and that the game doesn't say DEMO on the title screen, like past LEGO demo's have.
Yeah, title should be amended to EU.. NA release is supposed to be today (13th) Target has in it's weekly ad.
Well, I read that the option is available on the Multiplayer or Zombie menus.
Whether that's correct I don't know, I don't own BO2.
Hope it helps
IGN gave it 9.3
Yeah... no.
But mad props to anyone who does buy it.
Bit different when on a DS the other screen is less than inch from the main screen. I can see being a bit disconcerting sitting on a couch though. Just need to retrain your brain or get the pro controller.
Unfortunately it's not - I rented it, quite bland TBH - gameplay is ok, sound is actually quite good, but the level design is all over the place.. one of those games where enemies rush you and you have to kill them (rinse and repeat multiple times).
It's an easy game too - single player won't cause you much trouble, co-op is fine but with that you'll be done a lot quicker.
*edit*
sorry about that - responded to the wrong thre...
