PS3 games are region free - just import that bad boy if it's so important to you, wouldn't be surprised if it has an english track on it too.

It's a glitch, nothing new.. Borderlands 1 had them too.. still only really works if you have pre-ordered golden key.

Many stores have the retail copy before the street date. My brother in law bought 'Fallout New Vegas' mid September from Target and yet on the top spine of the game case was an orange label that said 'Do Not Sell until October 19th 2010'
Upto the game companies if they want to do anything to the retailer who break the street date.
360 version works flawlessly?
Yeah, well since I decided to skip 'Skyrim' on the PS3 and decided to get to it for my 360.. So, far I've encountered (multiple times too) in 400hrs of play (no DLC) up to date on patches.
Broken quests.
Disappearing items from my inventory.
Save game corruption. (7 times now and it's annoying)
Textures not loading.
Glitches, slow downs, skipping and total system freeze up's. <...
Ok, Bethesda how come you didn't apply this logic to the PS3 version of 'Skyrim'?
You still have plenty of PO PS3 users.. you guys really should check out your own forums and read the complaints.
Skyrim was in development for 5 years and as the games have shown, Bethesda doesn't give a shit about quality.
What about Dr. Madison Li from 'Fallout 3'? Has a voice like a nail across a chalkboard.. I hated that escort mission with her and her constant 'What is it!'.. wish I could have fed to the ghouls.
Sooner or later just as it did with 'Guitar Hero'.. the COD market is going collapse. There are only so many games you can release in such a short amount of time before consumers start to ignore you.
I'm sure the talented guys and gals of Sony Liverpool will bounce back in another form.. whether that's console, PC or mobile gaming it's too soon to know for sure BUT I'm pretty sure they'll be back..
