I think it'd be smart for video game company's pr firms
(if any are reading this)
to, instead of continuously breaking major stories to IGN,
instead, do some research and find some of the smallest video game sites traffic-wise
and then present to them major exclusives stories,
whether it be a new release announcement, game-play details, or anything major like that; it'll help to grow the industry.
