instead of some uproar over supporting developers, why are people so quite about those that starve to death on a daily basis?
I hope that is just a figure-of-speech.
the point where you say it bombed on the PSP.
It did half a million there.
and the cost couldn't have been nearly as much as games considered semi-successful at full-retail on PS360 that've done that number.
Wii games that've done 250,000 have been considered successful by their own publishers.
Even then, consider, that it was a port and the cost of making a completely new game wasn't a factor.
Download numbers aren't available ...
getting the Paper Toss game/franchise on their platform(s) would be a better idea than possibly alienating 22 million gamers.

Does N4G promote Sony over Microsoft (and Nintendo)?
Alien Trilogy
for a full-fledged cable t.v. like service for gaming.
30 dollars a month giving you access to most every game in full, with some premium packages or one time payments for special content or the newest games similar to the theater to dvd treatment movies have.
it's more reasonable than 50-60 dollars per game.
will probably depend on the flopocity rate of Kinect.
only 1 new game at the Microsoft press conference.
It's Kinect skyrocketing, a seeming scramble to refocus on the 360 core, or a new system introduced at next E3.
That statistic is probably off by a large margin.
It probably came from a survey conducted by a research group of a very small group of people (usually 1,000).
Most of these similar studies are based on surveys, which I doubt very much are very accurate.
I suspect 25% is a more likely number domestically(including houses with more than one HDTV), and with worldwide yielding a much lower percentage.
@ the last line of your comment.
Since I got a PC in 2001 i bought only a few more DVDs at first, but for the most part it was strictly torrents, other peer to peer services, and just downloads in general.
since things like youtube went mainstream, i hardly download movies and it's streaming for me.
Buying BluRays, DVDs, and even Digital Downloads are not for me. Once you go free, why go back?
Why piracy will nev...

TM1>TM2, because...well...i dunno...may'be cause of sentimental value, it was one of my first PS1 games...and i beat it with all the characters and with part 2 I spent a fraction of the time...may'be it was just more of the same for me and I didn't feel as amazed.
but if i live long enough, i plan on revisiting part 2 and black (got annoyed with black faster than 2, i found it wasn't as funny as the campy part 1)
I'll agree with this, but MGS1 ha...
,so the minority here, doesn't make him the minority overall.
not only do more people own more Wii's than PS3's or 360's,
but Wii owners play more often compared to owners of other consoles,
if I remember right from what I read from the Nintendo investors q&a session. ( a fanboy flies away to check the source...and if it checks out he reports not of his findings)
