There's one problem with your post Odion. I took part in the survey that you are referring to. The question was: What is the main reason you bought a PS3?. Obviously, the majority answered saying for games. The question was not: Do you use your PS3 for Blu-ray movies. Most of the people I know that have a PS3 have purchased at least 2 Blu-ray movies for it. I myself have 6 movies that I bought, not including the free copy of Talladega Nights that came with my PS3.

Ok, I think all MS and Sony fans can agree on one thing, they won in E3. Nintendo really didn't show much besides youtube videos and Wiifit.
There is only one thing to blame for this. The parents. Whether it is bad influence from a movie, game, book, music, etc., it won't have any affect on a child if they are taught good from evil, and are kept under control. Bad parenting is all that there is to blame here. Plus, how do they even know that Manhunt was the cause of this. Let's hope rumble comes by the time MGS4 and KZ2 come out. Resistance was great, but it felt a little empty without rumble. For me, rumble is necessary for a shooter, and if Sony wants KZ2 to be its Halo, then rumble is absolutely necessary.
If rumble does come back, however, Sony should replace all current SIXAXIS controllers out there for free, or for a 5-15 dollar charge, because I don't think many current PS3 owners will be happy if they need to pay 50-60 dollars for each n...

Ok, it's getting really old. Just give it up. MGS4 is not coming to 360 just as something like Bioshock isn't coming to PS3. It's all baseless rumors. 360 has their exclusives that PS3 won't get and PS3 has their exclusives that 360 won't get. Arguing about these things just makes you look like a fanboy fool. Can't we just all get along?
On a side note, Moore made a good point about how buying exclusives is good business sense. I wish Sony had that same mentality.
My Xbox 360 works fine, as do many others. This story states that all 360's have something in their design that COULD cause them to break, not that all 360's are broken. So please don't go and say "MY 360 DOESN'T BREAK, THIS IS ALL RUBBISH". The title of this story is sort of misleading though, when it says "faulty", many think they mean all of them break. It should say "Microsoft admits all 360's have something which could cause them to break". Or something like...
I prefer the new box over the old box, but its funny how the fat is on the new one. Hopefully they fix that by the time it launches.
This is the only thing I hate about the rating system in Europe. TOO STRICT! I normally wouldn't care, because I live in the US, but I fear that this insane rating system will have an effect on the ESRB in the US. If I think it is suitable for my son or daughter to play an M rated game, then that should be the final word. Ratings should be used as a way to inform people about the content in the game, not to dictate them.
Although KZ2 clearly looks better, both are different types of shooters. KZ2 is the dark, eerie, feeling, where Halo 3 has a more colorful, look. All this video was, were the two trailers playing right after each other. I'd like to see a side by side comparison, though, of both finished products.
Both will no doubt be amazing games that will sell well. Anyway, I'm getting both the day they come out.

I think everyone can agree that Sony stole the show. Nintendo outselling the PS3 and 360 has nothing to do with their E3 press conference compared to MS and Sony. Also, since when was the Washington Post so knowledgeable about gaming. If this came from IGN or Gamespot then it would have some credibility to it. But all the press that actually knew something about gaming agree that Sony stole the show.

I'm glad to see that some of these guys still have some honor and dignity left in them. Yes, I know that they make these games to make money, not to make us happy, but Kojima is an excellent example that while you must make money in this industry, you can still be loyal to the company that made your product what it is today.
