I just got through playing KZ3 with sharpshooter and there is nothing like it. Crysis looks like spit compared to Killzone 3 on a good 46in tv -- Anything bigger, I tried playing on a 55 inch, sucks. Gaming should not be played on anything past 40 to 46 inches if possible.
Crysis looks good -- Just not KZ3 good.
I cannot believe these guys didn't hold back this iteration and give us rural heartland farmlands. It's just crazy lunacy they didn't explore this.

I've never beat a single one. In fact, I think they kind of suck.
Crysis 2 just doesn't look that good to me. It looks good, better than 8 out of 10 fps out there -- but it doesn't look jaw dropping to me. The textures are a tad weak and the only real draw is the lighting. I can't believe Crysis 2 has gotten this much attention on consoles. It's below Killzone 3 and Halo reach.
It's alright for a fps, but it ain't no killzone 3. It plays just like every other fps out there. The graphics might be good on pc, but halo reach actually has better graphics than this does on console -- well, in some instances.
Overall it just dosent seem as polished as some are making it seem. Killzone 3 spanks it physically and visually. Well in my opinion.
I hated it at first, but am warming up to it after some of you here directed me on what the game is all about. I played last night and had a decent time. What can I expect from the single player, tho? Is it gonna be worth buying it?

Killzone not only beats it visually it stomps it.
Same junk as most all other fps out there. All fps are fundamentally the same. Guy/girl wakes up -- They have no memory and thus they need to play as a gun and shoot other people without regard in hopes of getting it back.
I am so sick of FPS. Killzone is a breath of fresh air when stacked to the other millions in the genre. It's just a cut above.
This game is a super disappointment to the fans of each respected franchise it represents. Gone are the days of vast adventures through varied locals -- This is one long mini game. It's a travesty and to shoe horn these beloved characters into it is near criminal.
I'm sorry, but I have to disagree here. Is it fantastic? No -- But it's not bad. Trust me. Some of the destruction in this game is pretty spectacular to see. Everything chips and explodes pretty damn good.
It's not Killzone or Crysis, but it's not bad. The cut-scenes suck. Some of the gun play is a bit stiff and the controls are a tad iffy, but overall, I'm telling you, it's better than --

The catch, the wish has to be game related and used towards Sony products.

Loathed it. It was stiff and just not fun. Not to me anyways. I tried to play it on 3 different occasions from the start and it got worse and worse. I got to the part where you fight scarecrow and couldn't take it anymore.
It just isn't batman to me. I have zero hope for the second one. The gameplay is just not for me. SOMEONE will get batman right someday.
I haven't played it online but for like an hour. I wanted to actually get into the online with this one because the game is such an amazing ride in the SP mode. I'll get to it.
Killzone 3 doesn't stomp it -- But it certainly comes out of the tussle on top. Well, in my opinion it does. I prefer nearly everything Killzone 3 does over any FPS I've ever played. It's damn near flawless to me. The slide to cover, the hand to hand moves -- It's fluid and it's user friendly. KZ3 is easily the bar. Making uncharted co-op friendly would take away the biggest dynamic of the game -- that being the everyday guy taking on the world. I didn't like uncharted 2 near as much as part 1 for that reason. It seemed like every two seconds you were giving someone a boost into an absurdly placed red ladder. Stupid.
Love uncharted and naughty dog, but this is heading into the wrong direction. Well, for me it is.
