I detailed how this could work a few weeks back but everyone balked at it. My idea was to have Sully making bets on this underground racing circuit, not unlike Motorstorm's, and he gets in over his head. The ring leader of the race circuit is a bad mothra and he orders Sully to be killed -- Enter Drake who says he'll race for the circuit and win back the money Sully has cost them, making more money in the process.

Makes sense. Lots of it. I mean, what with all the hassle and trouble it takes to back up all your data from one hdd to the next. You know, the 9 to 10 hours it takes for the data back up, depending on what all you've got, and then another 7 hours for the clean reformat.

Completely boring on all counts. Just because you can add fifty personable characters into the mix doesn't mean you should. And the move support looks doggy at best. The graphics seem weak and so far I've heard nothing about the story or how expansive it is. It looks like it'll be another co-op game that gets played for about a month online and then everyone leaves it for another game and renders it useless.

I played the demo for this one and it literally put me to sleep. I mean, out! I woke up to the sound of the controller slipping out of my hand and hitting the floor.

Hope not. Sega, to be 100% honest, only had one really good system and that was the Genesis. The master system was awesome, don't get me wrong, but it still wasn't must own status for many.
The Dreamcast was horrible. The games sucked with the exception of like 2 and even still Code Veronica was later ported to everything under the sun.
The controller was the worst abomination known to man. It was the absolute worst controller I had ever used.

Sony has been stomped into the ground in the U.S. this gen -- Competition is not what they're use to, that much is clear. Wow! I remember they were like 3 million behind xbox 360 in world wide totals before the holidays and now they're like 8 million behind in just the US. I'd be afraid to see what the world wide totals would be now, 10 to 11 million? Sad.
My guess, so people can have one difinitive set top gaming box that does it all.

I never got past the 1st part in the tree. It was just drab and boring and never really felt like a Zelda game to me. The colors seemed muted and the graphics just didn't sing to me. Then again no 3-d game really ever does. They never age well, let's put it that way.
I loved Zelda, Zelda 2 and Zelda 3, though. To this day they sit high, high on my list of all time greats.

I agree with what he said, but only because I don't really like gaming much. I don't think hardcore games do anyone much good -- What is the point of shooting 100 people in a deathmatch opposed to 10? It's worthless stat tracking until the next big fps comes out.
