Riiight, maybe they should just get a bunch of strong womenz that dont need no man to take over the Witcher just like they did with the Netflix show. Proved to be so successfull amirite!!!?? haha
Its all but been confirmed internally Valve been brainstorming ideas for HL3 even in recent years. But wether they will ever go into full production is anyones guess.
Personally i think Gabe isnt all that interested in making AAA games. And as of now Valve doesnt exactly have the manpower to craft a game of that scale to match modern standarts.
Could be. Its common nowadays for devs to sneak in Denuvo about a week before launch so its possible they initially had similar plans but with all the backlash they changed their mind.
The people that matter dont like it. IGN hated DBZ sparking, and countless other recent games that showed actual interest/success by players including Wukong, Steller Blade, Space Marine and countless others that didnt ride the DEI train. I said this before, the usual suspects will praise this game but in time the truth will come out.
"Huge bosses, huge moments, surprises, drama. And the ending of the game is an all-timer; it left my jaw on the floor. It trumps anything BioWare has done before, and that includes the renowned 'suicide run' from Mass Effect 2."
A quote for the ages, the best Bioware game "EVER"!
All the DEI shills will get their copy just in time im sure. Just watch, all youll see is articles on launch about how inclusive this garbage is and very little being said about anything gameplay related.
Its the worst of the bunch, as most people outside the Sony bubble expected. But if you do play on Playstation this is still a great feature and itll only get better moving forward.
Exactly, if they dont wanna give people what they ask for then somebody else will its that simple. Im so tired of these people acting like we as consumers owe them something.
There hasnt been a AC game in 4 years, Valhalla came out in 2020. As much as im not a fan of Ubi they kinda did do what people asked in this case and give the franchise a break.
For one it didnt have a director who openly rants on social media how all whites should be "hanged" and "crucified" for being white. Then brags about how they no longer hire whites or asians. Also the purple came from the fact its a trans color, its ment to represent trans right which is also why all characters are non binary and bi sexual. You literally cant be a woman or man, again director openly stated he doesnt want that in his game.
Theres some shots that look faded or blurry in the remastered as well. Like 0:15 the buildings in the back are no longer visible. The lighting changes are weird ad are messing with art style imo.
If you watch the gameplay for the customization the sliders they have literally do nothing. Like they went out of their way to model these scars or include pronouns but your female character is stuck with a male body type no matter what. Really shows their priorities. Or should i say narrative?
Neither of these games are killing it on PC, and i doubt Xbox would make much of a difference nowadays seeing as Sony has basically taken most of their userbase. Maybe you need to just accept that this bold new action game direction just didnt pan out for FF16. And Rebirth only seemed to get any attention from the the niche jrpg crowd. Personally as somebopdy whos 37 years old and has been around i feel the remakes just dont stack up to the original when you consider the modern gaming landsca...
I think its too early to even make statements like "its better then FSR". We really have very little outside of carefully curated pieces of footage released by Sony themselfs.
I really dislike these straw man arguments. Yes, this game shares many things with the original but how those features are implemented matters. Like oh previous titles had gay charaters so its fine if we get rid of all white people and make everybody bisexual. Also, some didnt like the combat system so who cares if we ditch it completely. I could go on and on. Truth is this game has more in common with mediocre co-op games like Dungeons and Dragons: Dark Alliance then previous DA titles.
Concord literally just came out though. Its all bad when games get shut down but there is a big difference between a decade old title and something that just launched and seemingly over 20k people still bought.
The digital space is so messed up when publisers can just freely take something away then relaunch it if they so desire to make more money with 0 consequences..

You can see the paws of Sweet Baby Inc all over this.
