You fans make me laugh. Because they give away free games (with a Catch) you claim is the better service? You have to sumbscribe to PSN to use to play the games, if your not subscribed then those games are not yours. Steam is Free with more games and more sales everyday and again its FREE!
Free games (that isn't yours) or a Free service (that is yours)? tough one.
It may give free games but the service isn't free, making it not the greatest service in terms of value. Steam is a free service and its sales are in another league of its own. Every day there are new sales and the library of games is easily in Steams favour. Those that disagree I suggest you check it to believe it.
No subscription and Online makes the games yours completely, no rental or subscription BS with Steam.
Shenmue was more of a graphic showcase then MGS2, it offered a lot back when the Dreamcast came out and I say Shenmue looks better then MGS2. They should have compared that instead.
Looks great but so did Killzone SF and Ryse. I don't buy into looks of games.
Dark Souls 2 will no doubt blow my mind.
Nothing beats the PC version.
Share holders hate the console business, both MS and Sony share holders want them to sell there gaming divisions. Like the article states, Wishfull thinking.
I know as fanboys love the freebies and cheap system in PS4 however this is where MS is smart, sure you hate on them but they do everything as long as there's a return on it. Sony give away too much stuff and then invest millions of dollars into VR headsets etc.

True gamers don't focus on Power, if what you say is true then the PS1 and PS2 were flops because they were the weakest systems and the most expensive.
Those who say PS1 was more powerful then the N64 or the PS2 was more powerful then the Gamecube or Xbox are dreaming.
Wow so all this hate on MS for being honest at E3 and Sony lies about everything. I honestly like her old looks better. Other then that, this is a $60 texture pack.. Not sure if its worth the money they want for it.
EDIT - Is this really a surprise? This game is later then the PC version. Of course it will look better but then they will patch the PC version 6 months down the track and around and around we go.

Planetside 2 is a average game at best. I have it on PC and I cant get into it.
MS said they will continue to support the 360, and while I am at it they also said the XB1 will be a 10 year machine.
People need to stop judging a console by the past. Sony did the same things with the PS1 and PS2. They had no 1st party support but after the PS3 they have heaps. Companies learn from there lows and highs.

Games are going to look good regardless. System specs of a console never stop anyone from buying what they wanted. I remember when the Sega Genesis came out saying how much more powerful it was to the SNES. Did it matter, No. As long as they supply good games no one cares for fanboy talk about my game runs at 1080p or my game looks slightly better.
People will chose controller comfort, Games and what there friends buy over graphics. I am a PC gamer and all this talk about PS...

MS have experience with the internet since it was released, they have been dealing with this kind of stuff all the time. They know how to handle it. As for damage control I am a PC gamer and I couldn't care less for MS or Sony consoles.
She looks more human and innocent in the old pic. The new pic makes her look more like a whore. she's hot in both but I don't think its necessary for the change.
Its funny how people talk up system specs without actually knowing what any of that means. A V8 car can lose to a V6. Having power is one thing. Knowing how to use it (Having the right drivers etc) is another thing. Ryse looks as good as any game on the market right now. Why? because it was developed good with a good budget.
