XB1 makes its money back on subs and software, MS isn't one of the most successful companies in the world because there not competitive. They know exactly what to do to sell there products.
Us gamers win because this is a bargain for those who cant afford next gen systems and games.
Last gen sales figures meant nothing because the Wii won. This gen the sales mean everything because PS4 is winner.
At the end of this generation the PS4 and XB1 are going to end up the same as last gen.
Nintendo change the style of there games all the time. If you think Mario 64 is the same as Mario Galaxy etc your delusional.
Watch how long it will take for the servers to get back up. While Drive Club is still broken after weeks.

Nothing wrong with a changed. I love the MC however I wouldn't mind playing another character. Locke will probably be another Arbiter which everyone hated at the start but now is a fan favourite.
MS stated they wanted the X1 to last 10 years. Sony and Nintendo will be more likely releasing a new console. Sales don't matter when you hit a wall, just like the Original Xbox which MS wanted to replace with the 360. XB1 has a lot more future proof features with more on the way with DX12 etc.

Your correct, that's why this article exist, Nvidia is killing the competition in sales and destroying console sales aswell. You don't need Sony or Xbox to invest 2 to 3 billion in R and D to produce console hardware when there are other ways to game.

Im not sure how old you are, and dont really care but for gamers to phrase a kids game like LBP3 shows me what kind of ordinance im seeing on N4G. Its rather this is the only exclusive PS game available this xmas so people need to phrase it in god status or simply a majority of you are kids that love kids games. Im 29 so Halo MCC is clearly a winner for me.
Sony really needs to fix there updates, this is next gen and they still plague the systems. There online service is also old, wtf do we still have downtime maintenances.. its not a MMO.
Halo 4 looks fantastic and looks better than some next gen titles. Its still one of the best looking games to date, and I say this as a PC gamer.
There seems to be a giant misunderstanding with this game. Not sure if these are just fanboys full of hate and jealously or just dont understand. MCC is not a game thats suppose to be graphically demanding. Its a game based on value and a lead up to Halo 5. Every game gets downgraded when made on a console. These systems don't have unlimited power, and these gaming engines are far superior to these next gen consoles.
So alot of you treat this like a good thing? Because of 1080p it uses medium quality. If it was 900p or 720p it could be using high quality. I love how this just bypasses the minority
