Two of the games are not exclusives and the rest are probably timed exclusives, except for GeoW2(stated by Epic) and maybe Halo3(history will repeat itself?).
In other words; this is at most a "Top 2" list but most likely a "Top 1" list.
Unless Epic regret their decision and release GeoW2 to PC, which could make this a ... list of games popular on the 360.

There are games that support more cores but they still perform better with just dual cores that usually got higher clock rates.
