Why did you get banned?
The game is free to play and YES, you will be able to play it on PC and your Vita with the same characters.
It will have FPS-elements but you will mostly stear your ship (from your character's perspective) and you will also be able to explore it(if it's big enough).
Highly recommend to look it up, it's still in development but you can pledge atm and get access to the Alpha/Beta when they release.
I want to stream while playing from the beginning, but was told it could get me banned.
So gonna wait anyway... which kind of feels like a waste.

Oh, just noticed I've recieved a mail from the distributor asking me respect the 2013-06-14 release date. They accidently sent it to a few people apparently and won't be responsible if something would happen to my PSN account.

Graphics cards in the 90's could output resolutions higher than full HD.
There were 2304x1440 monitors available in the 90's.

Pretty much like Steam then, in that case account-bound keys would make sense.
A good thing with the Cloud is that you can add features along the way.
If Xbox One's Cloud service proves to be useful enough Sony will be able to add it later on.
I'd be surprised if they didn't continue to sell old games for the PS4 (sooner or later).
And this time I hope they make 60Hz standard on them, we shouldn't have to suffer through the same choices from ages past.

Can't be physics, that needs to be instant unless it's a cinematic.
But what kind of game computations can this cloud thing do which doesn't require results instantly other than that?
Might buy the new controller for PC usage only, PSO2 coming up soon.
Already have a 360 controller for PC, but the new one looks like it's been improved upon.
The opposite was true on N4G 6+ years ago when it was about Xbox 360 and PS3.

PS4 will also release the new PS EYE with each unit.
Since this kind of hardware becomes standard on both consoles we'll see more different kind of games and ways to play them instead of the "same ol'" we've had the last 3 generations.

The game sounds interesting but doesn't seem to be very realistic.
There's a lot of different reasons as to why high rated games sell poorly sometimes and pirating is usually not one of them.
