Like neoandrew you seem to miss the part about not being forced to have PS+ to play online.
It's up to the publishers whether or not it's required, it's not enforced by Sony. You still don't know if the games you want to play online requires it or not, it's too early to lay judgement on something you have no clue about.
Maybe we'll see it used on PS4 one day? ;)

Unless you buy four PS4s this won't be a problem.
It also depends on the publishers on whether or not the game requires PS+.
