I also enjoy that you can't really abuse either of the additional stances , at least from the combat shown in the demo. Ranged is good at disrupting many enemies but its damage is too low to really clear the way, while Power stance comes down with fury its recovery time between combos is painfully slow and requires supplement from Speed or Ranged.
Personally I like to disrupt initially with Ranged, maybe get a couple flying then switch to power and bring the pain while they're ...
Most people don't have anything against Gates, its his company they have a problem with.
The issue I was trying to explain is that Bioshock and Mass Effect will be availiable on PC also. Many people won't want to buy a $400 system when they can just play those games on something they could already own.
Uncharted, Rachet, Lair, and HS are all exclusive.
You also gotta learn which places give honest reviews or something close to your mindset. Eurogamer sounds like the jackass Fahey of Kotaku and his demo review of HS.

Microsoft is doing as well it has mainly because it was playing basketball while Sony and Nintendo were in the locker room getting changed. Their AAA titles are coming fast and hard this holiday, so we'll see if Microsoft can really handle the old school.
The picture quality on HD-DVD is actually so minute compared to Blu-Ray its really a secondary issue compared to disc space and movie studio support. Also Blu-Ray has better sound quality if you wanna get technical :)

Getting good makes the demo so much quicker lol. Counter nearly every attack on the platform, by the time I start the second fight...Level 3 SuperStyle...demo ends.

I think between all that plus 360s manufacturing problems, holiday season, TONS of AAA titles releasing on PS3 and Wii in the next couple months...
it might actually be in trouble for future sales.
You said it yourself, the only game on there with exclusivity worth buying (to some people) is Halo 3. GTA4 and Madden are multi and many PCs can play Bioshock no problem. Halo is the only console mover they've got this holiday, Mass Effect and Biosho...
The only problem I see with the upcoming surge of PS3 games is a lack in the RPG department, perhaps focusing on quality rather than quantity ;) From the looks of it White Knight will be exceptional.
Yea I have, but the reach of my fanatacism doens't go nearly as far as most. Its more of a defensive measure to protect my beloved console of choice rather than an aggressive intent to purposely rip apart the others. The only time I really intend to do that is with Guitar Hero, I hate that game.
It kinda doesn't matter what it is or how good it may be, the fanboys of either side will always find some fault to try and diminish the importance or accomplishments of the product. Many being irrational and idiotic, mart's posting history for instance is a great example of such. No matter what technical, gameplay, or story accomplishments a game exclusive to Sony consoles may be he must find fault in it; From what I've seen its for no purpose other than groundless malicious intent.

Look at the retail screenshots of Lair and the current Rachet & Clank Future ones and tell me you don't see the power of the PS3; Lair presents the same graphical level as Gears at least but with hundreds of character models on screen at once. The Emotion Engine was even harder to develop for by comparison and people learned.
