Its not enough that they didn't make HDDs standard, why do they make them cost SO much to the consumer? $100 for a 20 gig hd?!?! $100 for a wireless adapter? 160gig internal notebook hdd for $100 on newegg, probably less with their random price cuts and mail-in rebates. $50 for a top of the line usb wireless broadband adapter.
GTA4 requiring hdd space is not surprising at all, the sheer size of the new Liberty City with that level of hd graphics...the load times might be outrag...
Their are more than enough rabid car/gt fans out there to make this worthwhile.

Your right Json, it serves to segregate its own community and not producing a standard for devs to work with. They're just lucky the divide between core and premium systems isn't more 50/50, that people are smart enough to stay away from it.

Is it even because he's a fanboy or because he's right? Why would someone buy something that has a decent chance of dying on them, forcing them to return it to MS and get a new one.
