I hate them both now.
The hackers know darn well that if they release their hacks then it will be thoroughly abused, and can be present in online games (like now in MW2 [and possibly GT5]). The hacks were released quick smart and now anyone with intent can do harm with them. I don't mind hackers if they do it in their little secluded 1 room apartment, to make themselves feel good. Its when they want attention that I become annoyed.

They want to be recognized in the world, they want to see their ugly mugs on the TV been broadcast to millions. It gives them a sense of purpose and belonging in the world.

What I hope happens is not a quick straight out win for Sony or Geo (which in both cases I don't think it would be).
As others have said, I want this case to drag on for ages, sure it'l cost Sony but they're loaded. I want it to kill all of Geo's money and finance, preferably making him mortgage whatever he owns (if anything, if he's not still living with his parents). I hope his smug smile is wiped off his face and is replaced with a big, ugly, frown.

I think that in a few games times, more people will realize how the quality of the game is degrading rapidly. Hopefully by that time another franchise will also knock it off its perch, COD sucks.

It was a good comment which I fully agree on, any of the "black-hat" hackers or the ones distrubuting a means to hack should be sued until they can do no more.

The rocket launchers were ridiculous it was like 1 hit and bam your dead, considering how many of them poured out, the must've had an army behind those doors o.O
What I'm scared of is hard drawn out boss fights to get to them.
Seriously, if I have to face the last fight of Killzone 2 (the waves just before Raedac and Raedac himself [sorry for the misspelling]) with both of those Helghan generals, I will get awfully depressed and will most likely go through a couple of controllers.
I found that last fight to be frigin impossible on the hardest difficulty.

Yeah you can tell that, well I hope anyway, through the Justice trailer as it seems to be showing the story of the two general guys fighting over control.

I know Uncharted 2 let you watch all the cutscenes as you went through them on the main menu.
