I honestly was expecting to be just a bit in awe considering it's being developed by treyarch and it's black ops 3, but I'm honestly not really feeling the trailer.
Well, Gears of War 4 is coming, nonetheless.
I doubt Microsoft is going to push the Kinect much for games anymore.
I guess this sort of makes sense considering that Black Tusk is creating Gears of War 4 with the dark roots of the original in mind.
If they did scrap it, then good.
I'd rather they use that cash towards first-party stuff. I'm pretty sure the partnership wasn't cheap either.

Seems all the base stuff (models and whatnot) are all in-engine stuff with some cgi sprinkled on top (like the grenade explosion effects, dirt effects, etc.)
This game is unstoppable in every sense, literally.

Both playstation and xbox significantly (I can't stress this enough) pale in comparison to the pc market dominance in Russia....hence why Halo Online is pc only.
Russia is pretty much a f2p/pc haven at this point.
Story revealing live action trailer + more awesome ARG stuff....yup, I'd definitely classify that under mildly bananas.
Also very pumped for tonight's walking dead finale as well.
A September release is looking pretty likely, which would be great news.
They can always continue the story with new characters (in addition to marcus, baird, and cole train) and new threats while still calling it Gears of War 4 and then transition to non-numbered games like what 343 is doing after Halo 5: Guardians.
