does anyone know if 343/microsoft releases these episodes for windows phone the way they do for the iphone?
I think you forget that this thing is supposed to launch within the windows 10 timeframe, which could be anytime from this year to 3-4 years from now.
The main complaint is the reduced FOV at this point. All they need to do is get it back to how it was when they showed it off in January. And they have plenty of time to get feedback and do just that.

impossible to find games??
um, not even close. I always find games under a minute and it's been like this for a few months now. Some games definitely drop, but finding games is absolutely painless now.
edit: and if you played the Halo 5 beta, you'd know that Halo 5 plays nothing like a CoD game.
the new demos are certainly impressive.
and pretty much everyone who's tried it has been blown away by it, so I'm definitely curious about HoloLens.
Well, if it's something only hardcore fans would know, it can't really be anyone that we've seen in the games, right? I'm going to guess Mendicant Bias.
I think it's almost a given that minecraft HoloLens will be shown off there, considering it's supposed to launch later this year (I think?).
E3 should be pretty great this year.

A few years ago, about 5-10 343 employees were former bungie members. I'm pretty sure a few more have transferred over since then, but the large majority of the 343 team are new blood.
Actually, Josh Holmes just confirmed today that everything Halo 5 will be dedicated. No p2p at all. Including online campaign co-op. So no more unbearable lag.

if lego worlds would have launched years ago, then it might have had a chance.
but with how big minecraft is and continues to grow, lego worlds will probably end up serving a niche community.
