If you read the article, the method by which it happens is described.
It's pretty simple. If you did something cool, you just say "xbox capture that" and whatever you did will be recorded and saved.
The devs will also be given tools to utilize it.

As much as I am not digging the used games fee, I am still invested in xbox's franchises and what new ips they are planning on unveiling @e3.

You just need to go on youtube or ign or whatever gaming website and read the top comments to see what needs fixing.
Hopefully, someone at MS has the common sense to not charge used games fees and not require us to connect to xbox live once a day just to play campaigns.
They just need to clarify any possible fees with used games in every circumstance and the online requirements for single-player games (I move around a ton and don't want to worry about having to connect to xbox live every day just to play campaigns!!).
They clarify those two things (in a positive approach) and I'm on board for X1. Even if it's just a small fee for used games, I don't care because I don't purchase many used games, but that online require...

You could call me a very loyal follower in regards to xbox gaming. But...if what Harrison is saying is indeed true, you have lost a 10-year fan of xbox.
