I posted this fact in a previous comment and got two disagrees for some odd reason..but there it is.
The link I provided only confirms probably what all tech companies are required to provide if the government has legal justification on individual accounts. Companies are powerless in that regard.
And the link also confirms ms's non-involvement in this nsa program, which is a broad-based information collection program not dependent on individual inquiries. This article is implying that ms is participating in this program, which isn't the case at all.
Microsoft, along with other tech companies including google, have already denied participation in this program, which has been going on for years. Isn't this article just blatantly misrepresenting the facts?

Fantasia is for both xbox one and xbox 360, so it's not an exclusive to xbox one. And Spencer already tweeted that the 15 exclusives are exclusives only to xbox one.

One of the main reasons I got my lumia 920 is for the xbox games and spartan assault looks great for halo on-the-go.
I haven't played this game in a while because of college, but I'm definitely going to get back into it now.
I'm just glad 343i is being super supportive of their game months after release.
All I'm going to say is that I'm pumped for all 3 console makers and I hope they all succeed with showing off whatever they have planned.

if you read spencer's statement, he states that the 15 exclusives are only on the xbox one.
lococycle and fantasia will be available on the xbox 360 as well, so they're automatically excluded from that list.
