Seriously? They just now decide to sue them, after kinect has been on shelves since last year?? I call bs on this one. If Impulse Technology really had a valid case, they'd sue ms right after kinect was released, not months after its release. The company probably realized that kinect sells quite good and probably wanted to capitalize on that.
Also odd that they just realized this right after ms posted record earnings..

Same here. I got into this franchise after my cousins booted up Halo CE and they let me play truth and reconciliation. My god, the score in that level just incredibly fit the level. Although, my favorite level is still assault on the control room.

I'm sure Kinect will continue to sell good, but I doubt Kinect will become anything like the PC mouse in terms of consumer adoption and convenience.
