i agree. something new would be refreshing.
"carries an especially difficult task: to be the successor to the award winning Modern Warfare 2, which was honored with numerous awards for best game of the genre in 2010."
Really?? I still can't believe how high of a metacritic score modern warfare 2 has. It's just ludicrous.
Sounds sweet. Is this similar to bungie aerospace?
The reason they make them is because the fans want them. And the profits the developers make is an incentive as well. I just wish more were like the Halo CE Anniversary where the entire game is given a new lick of paint while maintaining the same old classic gameplay rather than just upgrading it to HD.
Wow, I'm surprised they'd sell it at that price so early. That's probably a sign that the 3ds is still selling poorly. I hope things turn around due to the price cut.
Same here. :)
Haha, wow, that's embarrassing.
Gears 3 has had the $20 credit for a very long time now. It's probably at the top of the charts because its launch date is very close now.
Actually, I wouldn't mind a shooter from history events at all. The majority of shooters nowadays are modern and, frankly, I'm craving for a game that takes you back in history.
Hmm, that's interesting.
It could be something similar to Age of Empires for the consoles or something completely different.
Lol, the name...
Anyways, I'm glad for what they do.
Well, in terms of quality and variety per new game, EA/DICE do own CoD in that regard.
My god, that artwork is beautiful. So eerie as well, makes me want to just jump in there and explore.
That's actually a pretty good theory. That'd be a nice ending to wrap up the chief's story. Cortana gets a body, and they both seem to like each other tons so I'd definitely support that if it ever came to fruition.
She's always been one of the more interesting AIs I've seen in games, and the chief's and cortana's chemistry can only be a good thing for Halo 4.
Wow, this really is shaping up to be a looker. OMG, my wallet's going to die screaming this winter.
Well, it would mean more sale for EA, so it makes perfect sense. And of course, Steam > Origins.
Now that'd be a miracle. The two fanbases are always at each other's throats, so some peace would be welcome.
Anyways, for me, I think I'm still going to definitely buy battlefield 3 and rent modern warfare 3. I say rent, because I expect modern warfare 3 to be pretty much the same as previous call of duty games. That doesn't mean it will be bad by any means. It's just that something different could be refreshing for a change.
I don't think we should expect a remodeling of the ps3. Though Gamescom can bring us that expected and highly rumored price cut. Now, that'd be awesome.
Seriously, how many of these articles are we going to see before these two launch?? They talk about the same stuff, the same sort of responses are heard, etc.
I think we understand that both franchises have their fans, some people will buy both, and both games will be solid, enjoyable experiences. And that's my opinion.
