EA's falling back into their old habits again. They're getting bigger with battlefield 3 among other titles and they're just pissed their NFS titles can't seem to pick up more sales than their predecessors.

I agree with this. Each developer has something unique under their respective belt and talent, though it's a matter of preference.
If you actually go through 343i forums, bs angel monitors nearly everything and has weekly halo bulletins that answer questions and confusion on the forums, etc. Lol, bs angel even said: on bad days, I'll still attend to 99.9% of forum topics. And she's got an awesome sense of humor as well.

Honestly, this guy's just ridiculous. He's sued tons of organizations for claims as ridiculous as such by engineering it his way so as set up the companies.
People like this, intentional in their wrongdoings, should just be dismissed in court.

I'm going to assume the gamestop employee didn't know that the kinect refurb would come with a copy of kinect adventures. He probably assumed, since it's a refurb, that no games would come with it as is usual with most refurb products, so he suggested you buy it as a stand-alone copy.
Kinect sports isn't bundled with the Kinect device. I think you're being confused with Kinect adventures.
Surely, you can't expect games to sell as much as hardware?? Even though, nearly 3 million per each of these titles for a device that's sold around 10 million units is a great feat. So, each game has been sold to nearly a third of kinect owners. In my opinion, I'd say that's quite an accomplishment.

No, there's no exclusivity deal between them on steamworks and cross-platform play. It's just that Sony is willing to be a little more open with their network than MS is aiming to be.
