If those are actual assets from Halo 4, this should be a pretty interesting experience. I've never seen architecture like that in any of the Halo games, but it's pretty exciting.
It wasn't that much at all. Halo 3 alone cost $30 million to make and the marketing push cost around an extra ~$10-20 million.
Crysis 2 is one of the top looking games on consoles. I think they did a pretty darn good job of the visuals.

What? I really don't understand what you're getting at, really. First, you claim that you believe that there little to no change in gameplay in Halo games. Then, I point out that you should read up on officially confirmed major changes that are going to be taking place in Halo 4. Some of these change are quite major.
And then you reply saying something like this: No matter what devs say or confirm, I believe that the game will be a "pile of shite" before...
