This ruling really isn't too important. Even Microsoft said themselves they're using the patents, so it would have been a shock to find the judge rule on the alternative. The problem is the unusually high charges Motorola are asking from Microsoft for using FRAND patents. These patents usually set the industry standards and companies normally have a universal agreement to charge low prices for their use, though that isn't the case here.

I sort of meant the modern warfare franchise. I just don't think iw has the right talent or proper guidance to make a proper modern warfare game anymore. Treyarch has such a deep experience with the franchise and definitely knows how to better their games.

I really enjoyed the black ops campaign, though the mp felt clunky at times. Here's to hoping treyarch can deliver a solid title.

I know some people are against this game, but the idea of the world of Fable and Castle Crashers gameplay coming together has me excited.
There are, the elites and grunts are merely the minority adversaries in Halo 4. They're either probably salvage ships or separate from the covenant we saw in Halo 3.
I'm pretty sure we'll be seeing some forerunners in action.
