What everyone seems to forget is all the developers how are loving the PS4, and how Sony came to them for advice on how to make there next console, and asked them what they needed to make great games, and it looks like Sony listened.
The fact is Sony doesn't have to do shit because ms is doing it, and vice versa MS don't have to do anything Sony is doing
People need to stop saying "MS is doing it, so Sony has to do it to". If Sony doesn't require Internet connection, then they are not doing things the same way, and really Sony choosing not to do those things gives them a huge advantage. It also means out of the 3 MS will be going at it alone with restrictive game play. Nintendo and Sony staying away from also having all the restrictions MS is using will mean they both outsell the XB1

It will be the same as it is now... There's a free option, and there will be a plus option that requires you to pay... Paid members will get more advantages, but playing mp online will still be free

No DRM, no used game fees(blocks) and show exclusive games, not timed exclusive content

A majority of my friends are playstation only gamers, but there are some that are 360 only, and some that are PC only, and a few that have everything. And a lot of my friends are not the people I play online with the most, so I'm not sure it matters that much.

I've said that before, Sony did show off a great gaming machine, but I can see them doing a lot of the same things ONE can do.
I mean no one knows for sure just what playstations camera is capable of
If this used games fee stuff is really what we as gamers will be forced to deal with... Then I will buy a my games years after there release when I can get it new for 20$. As consumers we have all the power, our money is what there after, and they might be able to force companies to do things, but they can't force me to give them my $$$$.
Imagine of COD goes from selling 5 million on day one to 100K. I think activision would have a heart attack.
What I find funny is no one was saying this stuff about PS4, until the Xbox one reveal...
Plus people seem to think that devs are going to favor witch ever system supports used games fees, that's wrong devs are going to put there games on all systems, especially the one with the larger install base... If it made that much of a difference then everyone would make PC only games.
People act like used games are taking so much money away from devs, but I think piracy is a far...
And if the cloud goes down or gets hacked... What happens then?
Ms and Sony both have powerful " cloud" networks except ONE is relying on there's to help make the system more powerful, and the other made a powerful system
Rumors have the price of XB1 and PS4 around the same as Wii U 350-400... If true it won't have much of an advantage in that area.
Still remains to be seen, and I don't think Nintendo will drop the price this soon
