Why not trade in your 360 and get 100$ towards a XB1.

If they actually did MP right, it could really be a great experience. But infamous never needed MP, it's single player is fantastic(well at least the first two were, still waiting to play second son of course)

MS always reports shipped numbers. They always have and they always will. In reality they sold about 3.2 to 3.4 million, and that's still pretty good, all things considered.
The article says shipped not sold, if MS considered them sold, then that's what they would have said. End of story

Agreed. He's comment is suggesting that the XB1 can be upgraded, and it can't be. I'm sure with updates and such they can make it better, but the hardware is the hardware in a console until they make a new one.
They have been in stock they just sell out as soon as there available. Last week they had some at walmart and GameStop, but they were sold out soon after

Most the games that push the boundaries will actually come out on PS4, XB1, and PC... Some like infamous secondson, deep down, and uncharted( I think 2015 for this really) are only on PS4.
2014 is shaping up to be a pretty great year for gamers across the board.
They could have sold more if they had them available. They have huge deman, if they made 6 million they could have sold 6 million. PS4 is set to have a huge 2014-2015 provided they can keep up production.
Life long console gamer, and I'm happy to stay there with my PS4. I have no interest in the steam box(or boxes as it were).
And that controller looks horrible, but to be fair I haven't gotten hands with it, so it could be great. It does look backwards to me though.
@fanboy the article you linked says according to MS. No actual sales data is shown. Just because it's an article in forbes doesn't mean they weren't just reporting what they were told by MS.
As for the 3 million sold I'm sure it's close to that, but as I have never had any problems finding them in stores in northwest ohio I'm sure MS is reporting shipped not sold... As they always have.

Well with sonys new announcement about playstation now and there tv services I guess that remains to be seen. These next 2 years will be interesting.
The game would do a lot better if it were on PS4 too, but I guess that's true for any exclusive game. TitanFall will help sell XB1s, but idk how much, I think a lot of early adopters of XB1 bought the system because TitanFall was coming soon.
XB1 isnt selling out in those 13 countries though. They have no ground to gain in Japan and will barely sell there, Playstation 4 is already in High demand in Japan.
Your common sense comment makes no sense seeing as if XB1 were selling out in there 13 countries they would be closer to PS4 sales if not beating them.
How close is "close". TitanFall is a huge chance for MS to show current 360 gamers the reason why you should go next gen. If it fails to do that Halo 5 is there next shot and that is late 2014- early 2015. That could turn into an issue.
I mean they really don't want Sony to be at 10 million and them be at 5 by the end of next year.
IMO I think TitanFall will be loads better on XB1 than on 360...
And if MS has any say over it, it should even be ...
