Yes they are, devs should be focused on making new games.
From there standpoint though I imagine it wouldn't take much effort to make an old game look better on the new consoles and I'm sure people will buy them again for 60$ so it's almost pure profit. I'd much rather see tomb raider 2 then a remake of tomb raider.
If you never played that "old" version you can pick it up for next to nothing. 10-15$

And when the game sells like crap... They will want to port it to other systems and won't be able to.
Forgive me if I don't think this game is going to move systems, hell by the time it comes out the WiiU will be out sold by bothe PS4 and XB1(provided they can produce enough consoles)

Okay if this game delivers on its sheer scale it's one of the most next gen games out there. The man said if you see a star that star has a solar system with planets you can explore all with there own ecosystem. You have to give up to these guys, I mean you never know just how good it could be. It most certainly could be a GOTY contender. And sorry TitanFall and that tv show don't look nearly as amazing as No Man's Sky
Remember how PS3 was as good as it was gonna get right when it came out. Oh wait to constantly added features and improved it... Imagine what the PS4 will be doing a few years from now.

That picture speaks volumes. Costco selling at a discounted price is nothing new, they have a lot of buying power, and often sell products for less then most places. Plus you have to be a member to shop there, and memberships ain't free.
Once again MS reports numbers shipped, not numbers sold.
Yet mine runs perfectly fine, hardly makes a sound, little to no game freezing, and does everything super fast.
I'm sure some games.. Especially 1st party studios.. Will be on next gen only. I don't think destiny or the division are going to be on PS360. And infamous, the order, quantum break, and sunset overdrive are next gen.
So really it will be a mixed bag, sure FIFA and madden, possible even COD and ass creed will still be on PS360
