the entire movie industry backs bluray...so Paramount pictures, Universal, WB, Lionsgate, Disney, Fox, and all the others are in the horse too because they spend more than you do, they buy HD cameras to film these movies they make, and that's where the industry is going regardless of what you think.

Sure you might find a couple here and there but since China is going to start making Bluray players the cost is about to drop low and fast and DVDs can be played on bluray players so it will be a waste to even make DVD players
