It's not like they don't make money with all the other sytems they have to make up for the loss on the PS3 that way.
If there isn't a real PS3 price drop (not like 25 bucks either) to match this move by Microsoft then Sony might as well start to focus on Europe and release everything there first because no way they ever win America after this.
