I hope it’s for next gen consoles (2020?). I’d love to see what they can do on the new hardware

Phil Spencer had bosses to answer to when he was head of the studios. Also balmer was CEO. They didn’t care about Xbox. It’s not a coincidence that the second after Spencer got into the senior leadership, he bought all kinds of studios
The other question is whether it’s an exclusive. Both platform lists have multiplats in this catergory
The thing is though, Sony will not want to miss out on future Bethesda games. Bethesda might be big enough to intimidate Sony into giving us the crossplay we deserve.

They changed the vision of the game midway through. It wasn’t polished enough. I think Microsoft bought them because they can make a great creative story. They probably think with their resources, they can hire more and polish off the game better

I think a decent amount of games will achieve 4k60 on the ps5 and Scarlett. The real pipedream that won’t be achieved next gen is ray tracing. That won’t happen on consoles for a couple gens
