Well, they have more pull when it comes to smaller studios and indies. They know if they don’t publish on a Sony platform they won’t make any money.
Meanwhile, Sony’s first party studios have preferential treatment. And third parties they can’t bully because they could hold out if they screw with the creative process of a game.
There are people out there who want to boycott because of the “crunch” culture at Rockstar. People working the 100 hr work weeks and such
People out there that are boycotting this game, need to realize that they only hurt the people that made the game. The more money they make, the higher their bonus will be. Support the devs
Shows you that the Xbox community are hardcore gamers
Wrong
Dice could give the game away for free and they would still not please gamers
Na he’s probably pissed they put women in the game.
@bloop
Microsoft’s first party games will never leave the service. Other games can revolve in and out
Well pretty much every news outlet disagrees with you.
The game went through full development with the assumption being crossplay was blocked. You can’t expect them to implement it immediately.
These things require bethesda having talks with Microsoft and Sony to get it done.
I think by Phil talking with the studios directly shows how much he wants their games on his platform. If he just sends some random Xbox japan exec, it shows that they really aren’t that serious. Phil showing up shows how much he cares about the Japanese games.
It’s pretty cool Microsoft allowed them to physical release on PS4. I might buy a physical copy again
why compare Spider-Man and forza
Xbox will never outsell PlayStation. However, they can do better with a gamer focused powerful box with more exclusives. They can increase their market share, but Sony is more worldwide.
Nice try
It’s very simple. Sony isn’t ready to announce anything right now. All their unannounced titles are probably ps5 titles and will be revealed at E3 or at the ps5 reveal date.
Pachter is clueless. Sony is printing money right now. They can afford psx
Na. This game is 2020.
God I hope so for fable. Phil said at E3 we will find out more about their second title “soon”. I was hoping that meant shorter than a year. This event would be great to tease us and a bigger blowout next E3
I hate micro transactions that “affect gameplay” but most people that played halo 5 agree it didn’t create an unfair advantage. The req system was pretty well done and is part of the reason it was the best multiplayer in the series since halo 2
Yikes
