Horizon is done by different studios. Playground does horizon and they are currently working on it
It’s called marketing agreements. Both Sony and Microsoft do it. They talk good about the console that had the marketing rights. It’s not rocket science.

Games rarely show playable gameplay when first announced. Ghost of Tsushima showed a logo.
Yeah I believe the devs said it wouldn’t work on Xbox one because you had to be able to switch back and forth between the worlds.

RPGs don’t always have to reinvent the wheel. Give us great quest design, meaningful story side quests and great gameplay/combat.
