does anybody know anything on mag except the amount of players in the game? As an xbox only owner, it wouldn't convert me. Games like god of war and mgs would but right now i don't think anybody knows enough yet to say that about Mag. I respect hhg but i disagree with him on almost every show.

The ps3 has only had killzone. how can you say ps3 has a superior 2009 lineup when it appears that games like god of war, heavy rain, and mag will all be released in 2010.
just think of the development times for a blu-ray sandbox game. These same games that take 3-4 years on a dvd. Imagine the game that is double or triple the size of the dvd game. Not only would development costs go through the roof, but if it would go exclusive to ps3 than they wouldn't make enough money to break even. If developers truly wanted to make bigger games, than they would bring it out on 2 dvds and then they could make money on both the xbox and ps3. It is more on the developme...

sony has been copying features since the 360 launched, including trophies. There is nothing wrong with that, but to say that the 360 copies psn is laughable.
the game developers conference is for the developers it isn't a matter of who of the big 3 wins. That is for E3. The only group that wins are the developers. Sure microsoft didn't show anything for us but they showed stuff for the developers. This article obviously doesn't know what gdc is for, it is not E3. Sony will have a better lineup than xbox in 09, but are sony fanboys so desperate that they need to win gdc when it clearly doesn't matter?

he probably means a new game. Announcing mass effect 2 multiplatform isn't a big announcement i think we all know it will eventually come. He is talking about a megaton so it will have to be a new game.

obviously you don't know that the team is working on alan wake is ridiculously small. Killzone took 4 years with a much larger team. Alan wake will probably come out next year, making it 5 years with a smaller team.
Ps3s lineup is amazing coming up, but we still don't have solid release dates on those titles. God of war, heavy rain, and mag probably will all be pushed to 2010
during the ps2 era they did it a lot. I think the reason microsoft gets so much heat is because they do it more often and are unable to keep secrets. Sony and microsoft both do it. just because you don't see them do it doesn't mean they aren't. I can't see air but it is out there.
that the ps3 and the 360 are closer than people think. If you remember the guy who designed the graphics cards for both systems he tells you that they are pretty much equal. However the dvd limitation is holding back many games from being as high quality as killzone 2. Can the 360 do it? Maybe on 4 discs but i think the hardware isn't the problem but the storage

However, I believe it is better right now for ps3 gamers. They have some great releases this year. I have yet to see a good lineup from microsoft. But to say that the 360 has no games is just retarded.
I am not saying the psn is like that hooker I am just trying to prove that free isn't always better. Psn is not bad but it hasnt gotten as good as live YET.

microsoft has to realize that they were stupid to release a console so early. I doubt they will do so again because they lost billions. Sure the 360 is suceeding but they have to wonder what it could have been had they not had this problem. I think that next-gen hardware will be flawless from all of the big 3 because no company wants to lose money like that.
