I wanna pick this up for my switch lite when I can afford it!
Doom Eternal at 60 FPS, native screen resolution, on medium settings? Handheld? Doubles as a full PC? You have my attention.
Like make it the official early access version?
I wanna play dis on my switch lite.
If 343 Industries would please provide an option to turn off the "goomba stomp" auditory feedback associated with each kill & assist, it would be greatly appreciated. I started a thread about it.

Reach was awesome. They should have patched the sprint AA so that shields don't recharge while sprinting though. Statistically 80% of players would choose the sprint AA.
Original halo fan here. I won't buy it like I didn't buy Halo 5 unless they do something about the squeak fest soundscape.
I know but if one doesn't progress through the game at a decent pace an element of coherency for lack of a better word will be lost on the player. It's like walking through a museum at a normal pace and seeing everything fairly quick. It will leave one with a certain feeling vs taking the time to analyze all the beauty, detail and context of each piece. I think both experiences should be combined in order to grasp the full picture so to speak.
I think games should ...
Playing games on normal initially is a good practice I'm learning. Then bump up the difficulty for the second play through.
Those games are hype af & I don't even find FromSoftware games appealing.
I try to ball out and beat a games on max difficulty for my first play through usually. It takes me several months to beat games because of this choice. DOOM 2016 was not the right game to try that with. That game was totally supposed to be played on normal difficulty for the first time imo. Playing it on max difficulty for the first time made it a way less exhilarating experience.
Totally. I really liked the graphics, story, and the way the gameplay coordinated with the controls. I'll never forget how good it felt to dodge an attack with proper timing to land an instant kill counter attack.
That game would have done well had it included an epilogue like the battle arena in Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands for added replay value.
I'll also mention I popped this Wii game into my Wii U via back compat mode, hooked up my 5.1...
One of my favorite games! Definitely as good as F.E.A.R. single player, Sword of Mana, Golden Sun or Metroid: Fusion.
I would edit my comment to have cooperative play replaced with "split screen co- op" and mascot with "face of gaming." I stand by the rest of my remark.
Makes a good point. That's why PlayStation 4's single player experiences dominated so hard in sales. It's also why Halo 5 and Halo Infinite don't even have cooperative play which is widely considered sacrilegious for a Halo game. Mario Party is definitely not the mascot of video games in the 21st century.
Dirt 4 & Dirt 2 Rally 2 are epic imo.
As we all know, the USA heavily invested in Chinese child/forced labor in the 80's. That came after processed foods had some time to rot in Americans' intestines thereby severely depleting our people's life force. Fast forward 40 years, now we're investing in Chinese biowarfare facilities in Wuhan, not just in their cheap forced labor.
Interesting how a proper diet makes one immune to basically all disease, natural or engineered.
CM would have done it justice had they not been bought by EA. Now they'll prob screw it up like Dirt 5.
Dad bod.
People try to chill when playing video games. Not flail their limbs around and burn 1,000 calories. Motion gestures would be cool as an option to be utilized by some games but full blown games that rely on it will most likely fail. Like if Ghost Recon games could detect the "bent elbow and fist" gesture for hold your position and the "bent elbow with an open palm" gesture for move up. Just little things that are lightly sprinkled through the gameplay. That could be cool. ...
