Honestly, if I had this in elementary school I'd never pay attention to anything else. Would also require giving every student a PS3 and screen to use in class, which no school is crazy enough to do.
Because they could be funneling those resources into the next Fallout instead. That fact alone pisses me off enough to not want to buy it.
They don't need to die (except maybe Angry Birds), they just need to innovate.

I think the reason most gamers are irritated is because we actually WANT Nintendo to release another amazing system, they're just constantly disappointing. Most of us grew up with SNES/N64 and have amazing memories with them, but it's irritating that Nintendo opts to release inferior hardware instead of being cutting edge as they were in the past.
It'd be incredible to have all the classic Nintendo franchises as current titles that competed with Uncharted graphica...
Say what you will about Microsoft and the Xbox's lack of exclusives, but Summer of Arcade kicks ass.

I disagree.
Even though the specs of next gen systems are still up in the air, I'm assuming they'll reach the standard of a fairly powerful pc rig that you could build right now; however, with all the extra optimization resources put into console development, I really don't see how a console with that sort of power couldn't easily eclipse what will be available on the pc offerings.
Yeah Marston's a terrible father. He'd rather hunt beavers to help a guy finish an airplane, arm wrestle and spend countless hours leisurely admiring scenery than rescue his family.
Bioshock not being on this list is a travesty.

Actually its applicable to anyone with a tablet or smartphone, which in the realm of gaming amounts to roughly 120% of people. What remains to be seen-and what will be the deciding factor of who wins this-is how Microsoft ends up utilizing it. I can really see it being swept under the rug though unfortunately.
