Based on what other people are saying it's just a general upscale.
Yeah but those are mostly marketing costs. And holy shit, the Deadpool game with a 100 million budget?!?

Last Of Us? Maybe better art direction, but it's pretty dated now.
Same. Got it a few months post release and it was gorgeous. All the free flowing interiors...
But at 120 you could watch it in slow mo, really get your money's worth.

Weaker specs
I mean, the update isn't out yet so...
Eh it's not really that hard to understand tbh. It'll just scale back the OS so your system has more resources available.
Let's be honest, Battleborn only really tanked because Overwatch happened at almost the exact same time.
It seems mostly like Sony fanboys getting upset to be honest. I see a small handful of annoying Xbox fanboys with their "power of the beast" comments on positive articles, then wayyy more Sony fanboys freaking out with "POWER OF TEH BEASZT" comments on any article where an X game is revealed to have checkerboard rendering.
Whole situation almost feels like the ridiculous reactions to No Man's Sky's release.
Leave it to gamers to get pissy over having access to something.
The problem I see is that there's no way that the movie will be better than just watching all of the cut scenes one after another. Nolan's voice is too central to the series. Maybe if Naughty Dog collaborated with a studio on a cg Uncharted film it'd work. Something along the lines of TinTin.
Riddick was pretty great
Character models were pretty average, but the worlds were beautifully designed. Exploring planets was super impressive graphically.
You're all missing the biggest reason-doesn't release for another 3 months.
FOV added with this update.
It's essentially a new game at this point.
Star Citizen also has a budget of over 150 million so far. NMS was maybe 4 or 5 sans marketing?
All the graphical controversy aside, this was actually a pretty fun game. Feel like it got shit on way too hard. Except the driving...that's still a little spotty.
