Shareholder value, I detest that business ideology.

I worked for a company that was all about value for the shareholders, it had absolutely no customer comes first ethic and was always throwing around bulls*%t mission statements to fool everybody. Virtually zero money was invested where it was needed and yet they make millions. This is despite claiming poverty and laying off productive staff(yeh, they kept the non-productive ones).

Yes, business is all about ...

I find the double standards and misinformation within the media startling, which unchecked is influencing the uninformed into unnecessary and rash decisions.

On the subject of video game controversy, we have age ratings for a reason, the media should be highlighting this rather than a sensationalist subject matter to raise viewing figures. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

I can relate to number three, I own a Wii, PC and PS3 yet I find you have to be careful with that kind of information on N4G. God forbid you try and be positive about any of those three.

Do you work for Turn 10?

I was genuinely surprised N4G wasn't on there.

What's already been stated on numerous articles is that there won't be any license fees for 3rd party developers as it's an open PC platform. That's what I based my opinion on.

If this is successful it will put the boot into all of the console manufacturers, and I could also see it harming Onlive substantially aswell.

It's not strictly a console, it's rumoured to be a gaming PC in the form of a console capable of running any PC game or service.

When the prices of consoles are picked apart left, right and centre I say good luck with your £600 tablet.

Not only that, we are on the verge of three new consoles from Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo, all with dedicated fans, dedicated franchises and all in one form or another have traditional gaming controls that are proven to work effectively with pretty much any genre. Consoles that are all very much likely to be much lower than £600.

On top of tha...

@PimpDaddy

You're entitled to your opinion and I respect that, unlike yourself and a plethora of others on this joke of a site.

Explain to me then why is it that I go on a sensationalist Xbox article where all the Xbox fans are gushing all over each other I can leave an unoffensive factual comment correcting or questioning the article or another comment, yet I'm bombarded with disagrees and downright offensive replies?

Believe what y...

@Mikhail
N4g can hardly be dominated by Sony fans when most of the articles on it are bashing either Sony or Nintendo, I'll leave that for you to mull over and draw your own conclusion.

Your perception of more Sony fans may be down to them being more vocal, can you blame them really as they've been subject to constant bashing since the launch of the PS3. As for Nintendo now getting grief, welcome to the club and get used to it because it rarely ceases.

Not only can you carry over your old library, but their is much less of an issue if your old console dies.

Pretty obvious really, but in the grand scheme of things it's not a huge deal.

That's no backwards compatibility pretty much confirmed then.

Game died years ago in my eyes.

This could be done much cheaper and just as effective without Kinect.

Well both companies have promised support for 10 years so why not?

PS1 an PS2 sold way beyond the launch of their successors due to continued support.

I love the way these journalists complain about the price of the Vita yet they seem to be blissfully unaware of the cost of an iPhone. I've looked and it's not pretty.

Vita bundle (game and 8GB card) - £259 from Amazon
iPhone 4s 16GB on O2:-

Pay and Go - £499
Lowest price contract with free phone - £37 per

*This contract is over 24 months, that's £888 altogether. That phone is de...

@gamingdroid

It may not be prevalent but it's still happening, the least MS could do is blanket email everybody to change their passwords and give advice on creating strong combinations.

There will be plenty of MS customers out there that are unaware of this issue, in my opinion MS trying to avoid exposure are not taking due care of their userbase.

Good point. If that's the case shouldn't this feature be disabled until it can be addressed? That's the least I would do.
