i'm playing TW2 in 1080p and 1600p and i have had ZERO problems with the aspect ratio. I'm actually almost happy with 3 screen 1080p as my complaints are very very minor.
it's OK for companies to OFFER this crap but it doesn't mean you gotta BUY it.

Basically just make Vice City 2 PC look like the GTAIV icenhancer 1.25 mod from the start which is my #1 thing. the PC version of GTAIV with all the mods kicks ass. The MP mods are fun as hell and make APB look stupid.
Don't worry about the vehicles cause that requires licenses and increases cost, Mods take good care of that for free.
