@Inzo
#1 calling me a kid just shows your level of intelligence because I can guarantee you I am older than you are.
#2 Saying Sony controllers are all the innovation is about as stupid a comment as I have ever seen.
a) The PS1 originally shipped with a digital pad controller only. After the N64 analog made its debut Sony suddenly comes out with a dual stick analog of their own.
b) The rumble pack of the N64 was completely copied by ...
I love this. The same morons on this site that say the Switch is junk and they will never buy one complaining that they aren't available. That's just rich... idiots.
Well it already has a crappy tablet CPU so its half way there! Plus Sony being Sony there is no way they will let you play your existing library on another system, you would need to re-buy it all.
Another top notch VR experience, glad I sold mine and stuck with Oculus.
Its the Sony fanboys on this thread saying MS & Nintendo arent innovators, well they're wrong. I was simply just pointing it out. As far as backwards compatibility, the Wii was backwards compatible, the Wii U was as well, Nintendo never used Blu-Ray. No I dont see Nintendo copying Sony, its the other way around.
Or just copies everything everyone else does. Analog, rumble, achievements, online, streaming, motion controls and I could go on and on. Yeah they are real innovators. /s
In a year Sony announces a copy of the Switch, I am calling it.
Rabid Sony fans just want to believe everyone else is failing. Both Nintendo and MS are in a a much stronger financial position than Sony, if anyone is failing....
I dont typically preorder a game, but I make a lot of money and its nobody's business what I choose to do with it. Thank you , but stfu.
And only Sony can come out with a racing demo and charge people for it. As far as remasters or repackaged games, again you may wish to take a look at Sony. Hypocrisy at its finest.
Seek help, its just video games.
There is already a solution for playing Xbox games on the go, its called a gaming laptop. An X1 isn't needed anymore if you are a PC gamer as 99% of MS games are already on it.
@Snk91
Wow you seem really concerned about how we spend our money. I have gaming PC's, PS4 Pro, and a Switch along with a WiiU. I can tell you I am enjoying the Switch a lot more than any of the other ones since I picked it up on launch day. You my friend are the true fanboy. You spout Sony and MS and how Nintendo is holding back the industry, yet their games are very highly rated, they crank out games like crazy, and both of those 2 other companies you seem to view as ...
Actually you do a nice job of coming off as 12 in your post.
You mean like last generation when MS kept kicking them all over the place in NPD? Yeah, Sony has already been down the "we dont discuss numbers" road.
I take it you know of some law that says people can only own 1 system? Also I hate to tell you this, the only console that will be out at Christmas that isn't outdated is Scorpio. If you want cutting edge play on PC, anything else is already outdated. Thats why my PS4 Pro cant handle 4k, the regular PS4 cant do 60fps and the X1 cant do 1080p.. because they are all outdated.
Consoles are a good value, but they are hardly cutting edge.
To all these people saying no 3rd party support, how on earth would you know???
Does the 3ds have no 3rd party? It has a ton of 3rd party support. So if you want a way to play all your favorite multiplats on the go then go buy a gaming laptop. I have a great one and its awesome, but it will also set you back $1000 or more.
I have no desire for my Switch to play the same games as my PC's, PS4 or an X1 (dont own one of those anymore). I want it to have ...
@Milk
Wow its been out a whole month and is kicking butt. Another dumb comment...
So your response to not releasing sales numbers is to hack on MS... yeah, good argument there bud.
Fact, Sony brags about numbers every time they take a dump, the fact that they arent shooting their mouths off tells me the truth, that they haven't sold well at all. If they go through E3 without discussing numbers then you have your answer. I like my PS4 Pro, but I dont think for a minute it has sold well, the thing has done nothing but sit on shelves and has never been ...
Only if the developer does a really poor job. Scorpio has quite a power advantage over my PS4 Pro.
This time next year PSVR will be dead. I had it, along with Oculus but due to poor tracking, crappy resolution, lens fog, wires everywhere, move controllers lack of precision, I sold it and never regretted it. I actually enjoyed RE7 much more after I stopped playing it in VR.
Again it's amazing Sony was able to make PSVR work at all, but as a gaming platform it leaves a lot to be desired and doesn't compare to Rift or VIVE.
