Actually before I sold my PSVR DCVR was my favorite game. Yes it is a blurry mess that looks like it came out of a VCR. It was fun to play, but the game looks like ass. For the record, I enjoyed RE7 more without the helmet on, the game just became a slow, tedious mess.
I still have Oculus, IMO with the tracking issues, lens fog, poor Move tracking, low rez games and more, the PSVR just isnt a good headset.
Cmon smart guy. Tell me your bad ass PC specs for $600. An RX 480... that's hilarious. You're all mouth with nothing to back it up.
As someone that has built his own PC's for 30 years I can guarantee you aren't going to build a PC for $500 that is anything above mediocre. I like how these guys omit hardware and obviously pirate their operating system.
Here is a hint, 8gb - 12 gb of ram is a joke in the PC world, the gtx1060 is a joke for 4K, you need a lot of video ram to handle 4K textures, you need a fast memory bus and a good processor as games aren't optimised like a console. Everyone o...
I tell you what, I own a few PC gaming rigs and have always built them myself. Tell me a better value in the PC world over the Pro and X1X for the same money and I will praise you for it, otherwise STFU.
@Allsystemgamer
C'mon smart guy, tell us how computers work. And after you're done copy and pasting someone's article on how they do maybe we can all be enlightened like you.
Hell I doubt you even know what bus speed is. Here is a hint, it doesn't drive down the freeway and Sandra Bullock isn't on it.
I will change your comment to say any engine built to heavily lean on crappy CPU's is shit. Program for what you have, not what isn't in the box. And yes, I have been building PC's for 30 years, I know hardware. A crap engine is still a crap engine.
No but making an engine for a console generation with weak CPU's was just stupid. Create an engine that is more efficient and off loads from the CPU as much as possible is what they should have done instead of modifying the same crap engine over and over.
Just because my PC has the raw horsepower to make their crappy engine run at 60fps or better doesn't mean that Pro or X1X shouldn't. There is nothing advanced about the game and no amount of them saying there is would make me believe it. There are other games out there with more complicated physics and AI that run at higher frames than Destiny or Destiny 2.
If you look at Destiny, this thing should run on a toaster at 60fps. The physics, artwork and game play in no way scream that it cant run at 60fps. Crappy engine, lazy developer... and I RARELY play the lazy developers card.
Edit: And I am a PC gamer by nature, I am not beholden to any particular piece of plastic.
Bungie used to be like Naughty Dog, or Square of old or Rare back in the day. If their name was on the box I would buy it knowing it would be a top notch product, not anymore. To me personally they gave up when they were working on Halo ODST and I haven't been thrilled with any of their products since. Destiny to me looked and played like Halo, the same artwork style, weapons and so forth. Its almost like they just don't give it that extra polish the way Naughty Dog or Platinum games ...
These guys could sell you ocean front property in Tennessee and you all would be asking if you could pay more. Dont talk about how Nintendo fans buy up anything Nintendo say's, nobody is worse or more gullible than a Sony zealot.
Well you got me there. :)
As an owner of a PS4 Pro I can honestly say this; IMO the Xbox hardware at $499 is a much better value than my Pro at $399. UHD Drive, faster bus, more memory, T Flops more power etc.
While the games are subjective, anyone who thinks XB1X isn't a great value on the hardware side doesn't know hardware. Try to build a comparable PC rig anywhere close to the price.
How many systems can Sony release the same game for. Lets see... a 1, a 2 uh.. a 3!!!
I hope I never hear again how Nintendo is all about remakes from Sony's fan base of zealots. They could re-release Punky Skunk and you guys would literally piss yourselves.
You're an idiot
Actually Sony fans went nuts over the reveal that they had opened up a kickstarter for Shenmue, nothing had been developed. FF7 remake hadn't even gotten off the ground yet and afterwards they decided that they would divide it up into chapters
I dont know about Pokemon but I can guarantee you Metroid has been in development for a while.
Retro are the one's making it. I cant name my source, but trust me it is a whole lot better than yours. Keep in mind I live in Redmond, WA. That might give you a clue.
Nintendo crushed them both. It wasn't even close.
So suddenly everyone has a 4K PC or will just go buy one,. that's hilarious. Yep just go buy a PC with a GTX1080, 16-32gb of very fast Ram, a fast processor and motherboard, UHD drive, and an operating system. That (like mine which I build) will cost you about $1200.00 easy. That's what it takes to do 4K on a PC at a solid frame rate and will still struggle for rock solid 30fps on High or Ultra settings.
All I see on this site is Sony salt. I cant wait until after ...
It doesn't sell now. Early adopters bought it, now it collects dust on shelves.
