Awesome!!! I actually teared up a bit when I saw this article. I'm serious. I've been pumping this series up on my Facebook page and telling friends about it for years. After all these years of not pumping up exclusives with the exception of the Uncharted series recently, I'm so glad Sony finally took the leap and went on the grand stage with advertising. I couldn't be happier for Sony. Epic move for an epic game!
I was very critical of this game when I heard of the reinvention of Dante. However, with all of these reviews giving it stellar marks, I decided to give it a spin. Bought my copy at Best Buy today and got Resident Evil 6 for only $10 extra! You can't beat that.
Good thing for Buy 2 get 1 free sales. :-)
I'll definitely give it a play then. I bought the game on release day but hadn't opened since I was seeing all of these poor reviews. However, I couldn't help thinking it was a conspiracy given the fact that Black Ops 2 is right around the corner. Some reviewers are even bashing the graphics saying it's worse than last years which I find hard to believe. If anything, it's at least better looking than Black Ops 2 which features that pretty much unevolved graphics engine for...
But earlier in this generation of consoles, there were a lot of past war games as well. I was actually getting tired of those initially. lol

Capcom basically rebooted the wrong series. This should have been rebooted instead of DMC
Why would it affect you? The game comes with the online pass code when bought newly.
It's wack rap at that too judging from the trailer. lol I couldn't help but cringe when I heard it. I mean isn't pop music more popular these days?
Pretty good trailer. At least they kept the rap to a minimum in this one compared to their other trailers.
Ok Know this is off-topic, but I wonder if we're gonna see another Rumble Roses game? I know that was done by Konami, but you have to admit the gameplay and the girls on it were pretty edgy. I'll never forget the look on the female cashier's face when I bought it at best buy when it had first come out for the PS2. lol I was thinking to myself the whole time, "I should have bought it online."

That's looks awesome! It's already shaping up to be the best in the series so far. The gameplay definitely looks faster paced than the previous ones.
I'm definitely getting the game Day 1, no doubt; but that trailer was painful to listen to. :-/ I thought I heard Vanilla Ice rapping in some parts. lol
I know right? I saw the Snoop Dog stage and trailer and I was like, "Why?" I like hiphop but not as much as I used too. It's so not needed and cheapens the game by tarnishing it in my opinion.

So you're saying it's pre-alpha? Can you show anywhere in the COD series this gen that the graphics got better from the original announcement of the game to it's actual release? I doubt it. Plus, if Activision really wanted too wow us, they would have done so here. Who knows. Maybe the backlash of gamers complaining about the lack of innovation in graphics and competition from BF4 will force them to develop a new engine and push the release back, but I doubt it.
