At this point, I want Naughty Dog to make a new franchise. Then after that, another new uncharted. I honestly would be happy with no sequel to TLOU. I think it was a masterpiece as a stand alone game, and adding another one to the series might take away how amazing of a game it was a little bit.
Beyond two souls and heavy rain are ADVERTISED as being more like interactive stories than video games, also you making decisions while it happens that has ramifications through out the game.

And the biggest problem is that they're advertising this as an action game when it looks like it could easily be on rails.
What I know about Ryse is that it was supposed to be a 360 kinnect game originally, and then they had to completely recreate the game to make it not that. It's no surprise there'd be a ton of QTE's in the game
And I like how they said they had to cut parts out to showcase more scenes. They must have cut out a lot between the part where you're running in the water, to the part where you QTE stab 9 guys in a row.
Look at it's hardware vs the ps4. Of course the PS4 was bound to run at a higher res than xbox one.

Good luck beating the biggest dev in the world no name rapper. I'm guessing their offer wasn't all that low. Especially considering that those songs are played over the in game radio every once in a while, and many people who play the game may never even hear it. I'd also say that it actually might be a decent advertisement for the artist.
That's probably because indie titles aren't as well regulated by the ESRB. For example, minecraft, which is the most popular indie game of all time isn't even rated by ESRB (I'm talking about the real version, not 360).
The combination of gameplay (zombies, stealth, harsh), plot, characters, and stories are what make it original. I don't know one person who wasn't blown away by that game. So you're clearly haven't played it. No idea is completely original, but it's definitely the most original game of the year, and will be seen as a classic whether yo like it or not.

Id expect very few games would actually support it. Especiallly considering it only has one game in 1080p currently. Also, how many people are gaming with a console in 4k, let alone anyone at all? 4k really isn't ready yet.
No, I loved both these games, but TLOU will have a longer effect. GTAV was a masterpiece, I don't pretend that it's not, but that game was not nearly as original as TLOU, and originality is what leads innovation. Any game that resembles TLOU will forever be traced back to TLOU as the first, and GTAV took a lot of things from previous games (like the other GTA's), so things that take ideas from that will be really taking the idea from where it truly originally came from.
This is just annoying at this point. It's literally just playing in the background.
No, the PS4 itself is not region locked, but a dev can choose if the game is. This is one of the first articles I've seen that answers it's own question because it's so stupid.

Anyone who believes they will be getting that same graphics on xbox one as you would with a 770 in ANY game is crazy, unless the dev is horrible at optimization. That is a high end gpu, and the xbox one arguably isn't even mid range.
I think it's one of the best games I've ever played, and I'd argue it's game of the generation as well. It was just so amazing in every way I can think of. I know that the big contenders will be GTAV, Bioshock infinite, and TLOU. TLOU should definitely be the winner.
