Technically the hardware is yours, but the software is theirs. I am not aware of any laws or precedents that would prevent them from completely disabling the operating system, which would effectively brick the console.
The exemptions also allow people to jailbreak a legally obtained DVD for the sole purpose of short, fair use in an educational capacity. They allow for circumventing video game encryption for legitimate security testing or investigation. They allow for cracking computer programs that require dongles that are no longer reasonably obtainable, and they allow for ebooks to be cracked to be read aloud.
I have never understood why people keep saying that Microsoft does not announce their games early like everyone else, because history has proven that they do.
I assume the people claiming that jailbreaking is legal are referring to the new DMCA exemptions. I am also willing to bet that none of you have actually read them. If you did, you would realize that game consoles are not included.
I would be fine with it. People need to be adaptable to change.
When people say "you have no life", what they really mean is "you don't have my life". If you think about it that is actually a good thing, because how interesting could their lives be if they are so preoccupied with the lives of others?
In my years I have met many people who say that, but not one of them has been able to define "life". Maybe you will be different. Pray tell, what must someone do in order to "have a life"?
The booster buster in this video seems to be doing something he enjoys. If doing something you enjoy means you have no life then I am not sure I want a life.
Boosting is one of the four options available in the in-game report tool. I am going to go out on a limb here and say that probably means it is against the rules.
I love how that one guy started acting tough. Like "You wanna mess with me, alright let's go then". If he was a halfway decent player he would not be boosting in the first place.
"All opinions are not equal. Some are a very great deal more robust, sophisticated and well supported in logic and argument than others."

I am gonna go with Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Big surprise right?
I assume you are referring to the U.S. Constitution First Amendment. If you are then you should probably read it. It only protects against persecution from the government, not private organizations. There is no freedom of speech on private networks. Also, even the First Amendment has restrictions. You can't say "bomb" on an airplane. You can't yell "fire" in a theater (unless there is one). You can't incite riots, etc..
You say it is not agains...
Money does grow on trees. Just ask a farmer.
Voice chat worked for me just fine. I went through both playthroughs with a friend. The only time the voice chat ever cut out was during loading screens.
Isn't that a bit dramatic? What was really the issue? Your internet connection or your HDD space? That 14GB download only took me a couple of hours, and it doesn't cost much to put a large HDD in your PS3.
That is just something people say when they have a size problem.
I don't mind trophies. They can be fun and add additional challenges to a game. I hate online trophies though. The reason I hate online trophies is because they change how people play online. Also, if servers get shut down those trophies become unobtainable.
A kick somewhere further down. That only took me a second.
Well I guess I won't have much use for my Tomb Raider: Underworld disc after picking this collection up.
Like they were not going to hammer on it anyway.
