Got a camera in a gamestop bundle for €500. PS4, two DS4s, killzone and the camera, sweet deal. Looking forward to trying it out.
"...developers will only treat it as a fluffy, optional extra for a few quiz, family type games which few people give a shit about." - so how is this situation different with Kinect at the moment? So far I have seen nothing in the core gamer space that warrants having Kinect, and I can't see that changing.
I would like to thank the PC community for consistently stating the obvious every console generation. Well done people!
That is a serious deal.
Metro did this for Sony before when Resistance 2 came out. At least the Irish edition did.

I was just thinking yesterday that I want San Andreas on the Vita. Make it happen Sony!
Warhammer 40k games haven't hit a high standard since Dawn of War 1.
This game is getting great reviews. Will definitely be picking this up.
Now that, is a good answer.
On Kinect it's not.
I have a PS4 booked for day one to help shake it up even more! PS4, KZ, BF4, two controllers and the camera for €500... bargain!
KZ, BF, COD, FIFA, NFS, Reshogun, AC4, etc. Sure, nothing to play on PS4.
This is encouraging. I wasn't too optimistic about the remote play functionality but am looking forward to trying it out friday week!
Pointless in fact. If you look at the PS3 when it started compared to what it is now. It is almost a completely different console. PS3 on release I would give it 4/10. On release it just lacked SO much, the only redeeming feature being the blu-ray player. Now I would give it 9/10.
Enjoy the launch guys... see you soon on PlayStation!
Best response!
"won the launch." - lol! One million PS4s sold on day one says otherwise. You are deluded as well if you think Sony's 1st party studios aren't going to wipe the floor with whatever Microsoft has up its exclusive (third party exclusive) sleeve. They aren't going to compete with Uncharted, Last of Us (whatever other new IP ND comes up with), Infamous, Drive Club, GT, The Order, etc, etc. And I can't see a lot of third party studios going exclusive with M$ on anythi...
Exactly. 1m PS4s sold on day one says hello!
For me launch titles are all about graphical showcasing, end of. PS4 and X1 both have similar stories when it comes to their launch lineup. The good stuff always comes down the line, which is were I think Sony will excel, like last gen. Their 1st party studios are ace. The PS4 even has the slight advantage in the multiplat department this gen as well.
It's fact for you and your preferences. What PC will always win at is graphics, no one can dispute that. When it comes to gaming however who's to say that gaming on the PC is better? What if I like Mario and Zelda, or Last of Us and God of War? Is PC still the best for me? Hell no. Gaming is about the games, not the graphics. In the gaming department it's each to their own.
