But the savings are unbeatable. Just Cause2, Witcher 2, Plants Vs Zombies, Torchlight, Splinter Cell, blah, blah, blah. .. so many games I've purchased recently. It is almost like needing a fix, I am addicted to buying these discounted games! The only problem is that steam lists this game for $19.99 not $15.00
And even though I like Steam's crazy deals most of the time, you still have to sanity check Amazon.com, because they have this game for $7.23 @ the moment. ...
But you must admit there is a long standing pattern with Capcom when it comes to this kinda stuff. This is why I rented MVC and wouldn't touch a purchase of it with a 10ft pole - we ALL knew these Ultra Premium Platinum Universe Editions were coming with 2 times the characters, etc.
Want more value for your buck? Then never buy Capcom's 1st release, especially any fighting games.
This was entertaining to read, and I hope nobody takes it personal as they do the console attacks.
@dedicatedtogamers - Some people on this site believes the US is the center of the Earth as people used to believe that the Earth was the center of the universe and everything revolved around it. Despite the many Copernicus telling folks this is not so, Worldwide numbers are whisked away as if they were meaningless. People on N4G only recognize facts that help their arguments ...
A PS3 exclusive if IGN scored it this high. If IGN scores Catherine > Uncharted 3, I would not be surprised.
This thing can go to hell. I can see where a ribbon cable may attach, but I guess those interested would get a schematic.
But, I'd never jailbreak my PS3, would never risk breaking them. They are the center of my media entertainment and would have to be replaced if something happened to them.
Even many people who already had accounts couldn't get these comics. The servers were down all day, timing out connections and whatnot. You'd be better off torrenting these since Darkhorse had their heads so far up their azzes on this one.
You could've got this game for $7.49. They messed up some of the prices early on. I almost bought this game, but I got Witcher2 and Just Cause 2 instead. I had Dawn of War 2 in my Cart on Steam, but every other refresh, the price was changing from $7.49 to $13.00, and back and forth - so I removed it.
Also, I didn't know if the game was good or not.
Why does something that everyone know is coming have to be announced? Everybody knows it's coming, if they announce it tomorrow or 3 months from now won't matter one bit. Announcing it early or later will not change the official street date for release.
Good luck to everyone who wants a beta spot. I can't wait to play this game.
It's been hard to justify the cost of a regular edition Madden for quite some time, much less a $90 HOF edition.
They probably did conduct extensive research, but the only changes implemented were ones to gain Activision revenue. If any suggested measure resulted in a extended cost or monetary loss for Kotick & Co. (a.k.a dedicated servers), then those measures were more than likely discarded @ warp speed. They simply adhered to results favorable to them.
Screw the customer and what would improve their experience, cause they'll buy it broken anyhow - is their motto
Which is why they may never completely go away. I think devs will make their exclusives + multiplats. Imagine if we all could buy ONE console and could buy any game on that system. As long as the multiple hardware systems are within reasonable same specs, the only company who would benefit is the one who rushes their console to market 1st. Unless they were completely sold out everywhere, there would be no need for an alternate console.
This would be the beginning of the e...
To recapture the magic that was in the 1st game. Myself and others wish they could, best it even.
And for some reason, I still love that lil' ol box.
So much for not being able to be identified and touched through the interwebs with their 218 proxies, blah , blah, blah, rotating MAC and IP addresses blah blah. If you can touch someone, they can touch you back - plain and simple.
Lulz about that. Good riddance you bastards, now get a life.
Watched the video, looks like some fun.
Off topic - Kon, how did you troll a beta key giveaway?!?
He looks like Cole in a Robin costume. Oh well, won't hurt to try it out. They need to put his hair back though.
Is that they are 3rd person shooters w/cover. They both will offer hours of exciting entertainment with good graphics, gameplay, single, and multiplayer campaigns.
But, each have a unique story tailored to their themes, and IMO are so different from one another story-wise, they aren't in direct competition with one another whatsoever.
The only way they would compete, is if they both released the same pay period and you only had $60 to spare. Other than t...
People their money back? Those that feel screwed over? I don't know how the game is since I never bought it or played it. But I'm getting the idea that some folks are unhappy.
360 and PS3 gamers may be at odds over many things, but I believe that almost all of us can agree this article makes no sense. I prefer the PS3, but I WILL purchase Gears of War 3.
There are a few great games that cause console fans to reach across the aisle and make a purchase. Gears of War and Uncharted are those type of games. If anything Epic should be glad that they can reach a universal demographic of gamers who like great games period - despite any console bias or p...
